The company is entitled to exemption from audit under Section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 for the year ended 31 March 2016.

The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year ended 31 March 2016 in accordance with Section 476 of the Companies Act 2006.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for:

(a)	ensuring that the company keeps accounting records which comply with Sections 386 and 387 of the Companies Act 2006 and

(b)

preparing financial statements which give a true and fair view of the state of affairs of the company as at the end of each financial year and of its profit or loss for each financial year in accordance with the requirements of Sections 394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial statements, so far as applicable to the company.

The financial statements have been prepared and delivered in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

All the members have consented to the preparation of an abridged Income Statement and an abridged Balance Sheet for the year ended 31 March 2016 in accordance with Section 444(2A) of the Companies Act 2006.

In accordance with Section 444 of the Companies Act 2006, the Income Statement has not been delivered.

1.	STATUTORY INFORMATION

2.	ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Section 1A "Small Entities" of Financial Reporting Standard 102 "The Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of Ireland" and the Companies Act 2006. The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

Turnover

Turnover is measured at the fair value of the consideration received or receivable, excluding discounts, rebates, value added

tax and other sales taxes.

Tangible fixed assets

Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

Deferred tax

Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date.

7.	RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

The director Mr M Visram has a beneficial interest in 45% of the shares of Visram Limited which owns 20% of the shares of

the company.

Mr M Visram has common business interests with Mr A Asaria and Mr A Visram, who have beneficial interests in the

shareholding companies representing an effective interest of 16.6% and 18.6% respectively in the shares of the company.

The director, Mr M Allana has a beneficial interest in 50% of Solent Cliffs Nursing Home Limited which owns 20% of the

share capital of the company.

Included in debtors is £20,013 (2015: £15,191) which is due from the shareholder companies. Services totalling £72,446

(2015: £71,922) were invoiced to these companies during the year.

Also included in debtors is an amount of £3,603 (2015: £3,372) due from Heatherland Healthcare Limited, a company in

which Mr M Allana has a 45% beneficial interest. This company was invoiced services totalling £16,600 (2015: £14,272)

during the year.
