1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance
with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.


Going concern
The company made a loss in the first year of trading due to the fees incurred in acquiring the
freehold property. The company is reliant upon the continued support of the director, there is no
indication that this support will be withdrawn within the next 12 months and therefore the accounts
have been prepared on a going concern basis.

5. BANK LOANS

The bank loans received from Lloyds Bank to purchase the Former Depot property have been
secured with a charge over the property purchased arrangement.
