Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
Preparation of consolidated financial statements |
The financial statements contain information about Bite the Sun Ltd as an individual company and do not contain |
consolidated financial information as the parent of a group. The company has taken the option under Section 398 |
of the Companies Act 2006 not to prepare consolidated financial statements. |
Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |

5. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
The company made payments during the year of £30,000 to A Wolstenhulme, £7,550 to M Aldridge and £7,500 |
to Dr. R H J Verkerk for fees in respect of the provision of expert consultancy services. |
The company also made payments to P J Harris of £8,250 in respect of financial management services. |
All of these transactions were under normal trading terms and conditions and on an arms length basis. |
