NOTES TO THE ABBREVIATED ACCOUNTS
FOR THE YEAR ENDED 30 NOVEMBER 2015

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
At the year end the company had net liabilities of £3,070 (2014: £12,823) and net current liabilities of
the same sum (2014: £2,283). The company is reliant on the support of the directors in not
withdrawing the money owed to them and in providing adequate ongoing financial backing. The
directors have confirmed their willingness to provide this support.

As a result the directors consider it is appropriate to assume that the company can continue to operate
a going concern and have consequently drawn up the financial statements on that basis.

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance
with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax.
