1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
At the year end the company had net liabilities of £3,070 (2014: £12,823) and net current liabilities of |
the same sum (2014: £2,283). The company is reliant on the support of the directors in not |
withdrawing the money owed to them and in providing adequate ongoing financial backing. The |
directors have confirmed their willingness to provide this support. |
As a result the directors consider it is appropriate to assume that the company can continue to operate |
a going concern and have consequently drawn up the financial statements on that basis. |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance |
with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |

the financial statements of The Atticus Coaching Partnership Limited for the year ended 30 November 2015 |
which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company's |
