| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| There were no material departures from that standard. |
| These financial statements for the year ended 5th April 2016 are the first financial statements that comply with |
| FRS 102 Section 1A small entities. The date of transition is 6th April 2014. |
| The transition to FRS 102 Section 1A small entities has not resulted in any material changes in accounting |
| policies to those previously used. |
| The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis which assumes that the Company will |
| continue in operational existence for the foreseeable future. |
