1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through guarantees and a loan account with the |
subsidiary company - The Kirkvale Property Company Ltd. The directors have prepared projected trading figures |
and cash flows for the year to April 2016. On the basis of this information, the directors consider it appropriate to |
prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis. |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year. |
