394 and 395 and which otherwise comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 relating to financial
statements, so far as applicable to the company.

These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Part 15 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Basis of preparing the financial statements
The company meets its day to day working capital requirements through guarantees and a loan account with the
subsidiary company - The Kirkvale Property Company Ltd. The directors have prepared projected trading figures
and cash flows for the year to April 2016. On the basis of this information, the directors consider it appropriate to
prepare the financial statements on the going concern basis.

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

The company was dormant throughout the current year and previous year.
