1. Accounting policies
Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The attached financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention. The company has taken advantage of the exemption from preparing a cash flow statement conferred by FRS1 on the grounds that it is entitled to the exemptions available in section 246 to 247 of the Companies Act 1985 for small companies. Turnover policy
Turnover represents service charge contributions received from lessees of the flats within 6 Fordwych Road to meet the property maintenance expenditure.

Service charge contributions for the period ending March 2016 totaled $1,546 (2014- £13,420). The breakdown of £1,546 was: $1,210 (insurance) and £336 for repair and maintenance.
