1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008) and Technical Release 03/11 'Residential Service Charge Accounts' issued by the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) in October 2011.

This Technical Release concerns accounting and reporting in relation to company statutory accounts and service charge accounts for residential properties on which variable service charges are paid in accordance with a lease or tenancy.

Turnover policy
There is no turnover made by the trust.

Other accounting policies
Company status
The Company acts as an unremunerated managing trustee of a block of leasehold flats on behalf of the flats' residents.
