| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial |
| Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
| The company was dormant throughout the year ended 31 October 2015. However, reference to information relating to the |
| year ended 31 October 2014 has been made where appropriate. |
