Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

The Ordinary Share Capital had previously been stated as unpaid but these Shares were found to have been fully paid previously in the year ended March 2011 when the final flat of a development at Trafalgar House, 66 Worple Road, Wimbledon, London SW19 4BP was sold.
