During the current and previous year, Jackets (Caterers) Limited owned 50% of the share capital of Shepherd Systems Limited. At 31 October 2015 the aggregate capital and reserves of Shepherd Systems Limited were £61,567 (2014: £65,481) and the profit after tax at that date was £18,586 (2014: £27,709). The company is registered in England and Wales and its principal activities were the provision of accommodation on barges.
