1 Accounting Policies
Change in accounting policy
The company has adopted FRSSE 2015 for MicroEntities and therefore have adopted the policy for the valuation of the building at cost less depreciation and impairment. Had the policy been adopted in the account to 31 December 2014 there would have been depreciation charged of £538 and profit for the financial period after tax would have been reduced by this amount to £2,238. For the year ended 31 December 2015 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.
Director responsibilities: 1) The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its accounts for the year in question in accordance with section 476;
2) The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Act with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro-entity provisions. The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime.
