| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
| Investment property |
| Investment property is shown at cost. In the directors opinion the valuation of the properties is reasonable and no |
| material change in value has occurred since purchase, so cost truly reflects the open market value. |
