The company has not traded during the year or the preceding financial year.
The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the period relate to maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in seperate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents of the property are held on trust for the residents.

Audit exemption statement
For the financial year ended 31 December 2015 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
Director's responsibilities:
-
The members have not required the company to obtain an audit of its financial statements for the year in question in accordance with section 476;
-
The director acknowledges her responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of financial statements.
These financial statements have been prepared in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies' regime.

Accounting policies
1.1
Accounting convention

The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention. The company has no income or expenditure in its own right. All transactions in the year relate to maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the lease. Income and expenditure arising from these transactions is shown in separate service charge accounts for the property that do not form part of the annual accounts of the company and are not filed at Companies House. All service charge monies received from the residents of the property are held on trust for the residents.

Contractual commitments

The company contracts with third parties in its own name for the supply of services to the property for maintenance of the common parts in accordance with the terms of the leases. At 31 December 2015 the company had not entered into any non-cancellable contractual commitments (2014: none).

Freehold

The company owns the freehold of Litten Place, Chichester, PO19 7SA, which it acquired for £nil cost.
