    These financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention on a going concern basis.

    Turnover policy

    Turnover excludes value added tax.

    Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives. Office Equipment - 25% Reducing Balance Fixtures and Fittings - 15% Reducing Balance Motor Vehicles - 25% Reducing Balance
