1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
Accounting Convention
1.1 The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention. The company has taken advantage of the exemption in financial Reporting Standard No 1 from the requirement to produce a cashflow statement on the grounds that it is a small comapny.

1.2 Compliance with accounting standards
The financial statements are prepared in accordance with applicable United Kingdom Accounting Standards (United Kingdon Accepted Accounting Practice), which have been applied consistently (except as otherwise stated).
