    These financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

    Turnover policy

    There was no turnover during the period under review.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation has been provided at the following rates in order to write off the assets over their estimated useful lives. Office Equipment - 25% Reducing Balance Fixtures and Fittings - 15% Reducing Balance
