1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The company is in the start up phase of its life and income has been insufficient to cover its costs. The company |
operates with the financial support of its shareholder and bankers and the accounts have therefore been prepared |
on a going concern basis. |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax. |

Deferred tax |
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance |

Glasskote UK Limited, as a body, in this report in accordance with the requirements of the Association of Chartered |
Certified Accountants as detailed at www.accaglobal.com. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or |
