1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance
with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

Turnover
This represents amounts contributed by the members of the Company to cover the costs incurred in
running and maintaining the property "The Woodbarn", Alfred Road, Farnham, Surrey.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

3. CAPITAL

The Company is limited by guarantee, not having a share capital.

The liability of the members is limited. Every Member of the Company undertakes to contribute to the
assets of the Company in the event of its being wound up while he is a Member or within one year
afterwards for payment of the debts and liabilities of the Company contracted before he ceases to be a
Member and the costs, charges and expenses of winding up and for the adjustment of the rights of
contributors among themselves such amount as may be required not exceeding £1.

CHARTERED ACCOUNTANTS' REPORT TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS

The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the directors in respect of the company's
annual unaudited financial statements, from which the unaudited abbreviated accounts (set out on
pages two to four) have been prepared.

In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your
approval the financial statements of THE WOODBARN RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION LIMITED for the
year ended 31 December 2015 which comprise the Income and Expenditure Account, the Balance Sheet and
the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have
given us.

As a practising member firm of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), we are subject to its ethical and other professional requirements which are detailed at icaew.com/membershandbook.

This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of THE WOODBARN RESIDENTS ASSOCIATION LIMITED, as a body, in accordance with our terms of engagement.
