For the year ending 30 September 2015 the company was entitled to exemption under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to small companies.

1	Accounting policies

Basis of preparation

The full financial statements, from which these abbreviated accounts have been extracted, have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (Effective April 2008).

Turnover

Turnover represents the invoiced value of services provided.

Other related party transactions

During the year the company made the following related party transactions:

Shareholders (Company shareholders) All the income of the company arises from service charges received from shareholders towards the management of the property known as Sovereign Court. At the year end the amount due to shareholders representing the cumulative balance of service charges received in excess of property management costs are included in Other creditors . At the balance sheet date the amount due to Shareholders was £4,390 (2014 - £8,364).

Control

The company is controlled by its shareholders. No shareholder controls a majority of the voting rights.
