| In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the accounts of Greyfriars Outreach (Enterprises) Limited for the year ended 31 December 2015 which comprise of the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance Sheet and the related notes from the company’s accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us. |

| This report is made solely to the Board of Directors of Greyfriars Outreach (Enterprises) Limited, as a body, in accordance with the terms of our engagement letter dated 18 March 2014. Our work has been undertaken solely to prepare for your approval the accounts of Greyfriars Outreach (Enterprises) Limited and state those matters that we have agreed to state to the Board of Directors of Greyfriars Outreach (Enterprises) Limited, as a body, in this report in accordance with AAF 2/10 as detailed at icaew.com/compilation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we do not accept or assume responsibility to anyone other than Greyfriars Outreach (Enterprises) Limited and its Board of Directors as a body for our work or for this report. |

Accounting policies |

Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
|

Turnover |
|
Turnover represents the value, net of value added tax and discounts, of goods provided to customers and work carried out in respect of services provided to customers. |
|
|
Deferred taxation |
|
Full provision is made for deferred taxation resulting from timing differences between the recognition of gains and losses in the accounts and their recognition for tax purposes. Deferred taxation is calculated on an un-discounted basis at the tax rates which are expected to apply in the periods when the timing differences will reverse. |

At 31 December 2015 Greyfriars Outreach Limited owed £nil (2014: £1,633) to Greyfriars Outreach (Enterprises) Limited being monies received by Greyfriars Outreach Limited which should have been paid to Greyfriars Outreach (Enterprises) Limited. |

The company manages facilities at Kirk o' Field centre in Edinburgh on behalf of Greyfriars Kirk. At 31 December 2015 Greyfriars Outreach (Enterprises) Limited owed Greyfriars Kirk £9,488 (2014: £15,452). During the year £23,398 (2014: £30,882) was donated by the company to Greyfriars Kirk as a gift aid donation. |
