Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Turnover policy
The company had no trading activity or turnover in the year.

The tangible assets of the company consist of the Freehold reversion of 999 year leases. It is considered that depreciation is not relevant to this asset.
