| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |
| At the balance sheet date the current liabilities of the company exceeded its current assets. The accounts have |
| been prepared on the going concern basis because the major creditor, a company in which Mr D Sherriff and Mr |
| M Stanley also own 100% of the share capital, has confirmed that it will not require repayment of its debt if this |
| would affect the ability of the company to meet its other liabilities as they fall due. |

| Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |
