    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    These accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.

    Turnover policy

    The company provides limited consultancy services to third parties.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Fixed Assets are depreciated on a straight line basis over a period that approximates their expected useful lives.

    Valuation information and policy

    Stocks are held at cost or the lower of net realisable value.

    Other accounting policies

    Trade debtors comprise invoiced services to third parties. Provisions for liabilities and charges represents corporation tax provided for each of the financial periods.
