1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Turnover policy
Turnover represents net income.

2Fixed assets Investments
Fixed asset investments is comprised of investments in group undertakings. The cost as at 31 July 2015 (and also 2014) was £755,484.
