1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost |
convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for |
Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax, |
except in respect of service contracts where turnover is recognised when |
the company obtains the right to consideration. |
Deferred tax |
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have |
originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date. |

3. | RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES |
During the year the company received services from 365 Response Limited to |
the value of £90,743, at the year end date £386 was owing to 365 Response |
Limited. Dr C S Jones is a co director of this company. |
During the year the company also received services from IQUS Limited to the |
value of £10,762, at the the year end date £14 was owing to IQUS Limited. |
Dr C S Jones is a co director of this company. |
Dr C S Jones also provided his consultancy services to the company during |
the year inclusive of expenses he incurred. The value of these services |
and expenses was £120,825 during the period, at the balance sheet date |
£1,500 was owing to Dr C S Jones. |
The company West Wakefield Health and Wellbeing Limited is controlled by |
six general medical practices in the local area being Chapelthorpe Medical |
Centre, Church Street Surgery, Prospect Surgery, Middlestown Medical |
Centre, Orchard Croft Surgery and Lupset Health Centre. Each practice has |
representation on the board of directors. These practices provided admin |
services to West Wakefield Health and Wellbeing Limited during the course |
