    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standards for Smaller Entities

    Turnover policy

    The turnover shown in the profit & loss account represent revenue recognised by the Company in respect of goods and services supplied during the period exclusive of VAT

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is provided at the following rates to write off each asset over its estimated useful life-Motor Vehicles and Plant & Machinery 18% on written down value
