Related party relationships and transactions
The company has invested £100 for 33.3% of the share capital of Aviation Applications Limited. The company is a related party by virtue of Christopher Waldron being a director of both companies.
Furthermore, £8,078 was loaned to Aviation Applications Limited. At the balance sheet date this amount was still outstanding and is shown in other debtors.
