Basis of preparation |

The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). |

Previous Year Adjustments |

The accounts for the previous year have been restated to reflect the fact that the service charges collected are held in trust for the residents of Canal Gardens and do not belong to Canal Gardens Management Limited. |
