1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Stocks
The property in stock is held at cost. This is the lower of cost and net realisable value.

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance
sheet date.

Deferred tax assets are recognised to the extent they are considered as recoverable.

Going concern
The financial statements have been prepared on a going concern basis. The director will continue to support the
company whilst the balance sheet shows net liabilities, and has committed to do so for a period of at least twelve
months from the date of approval of these accounts.
