Basis of preparing the financial statements |
The director asserts that the going concern basis is appropriate since he will continue to fund |
any losses realised by the business. |
Accounting convention |
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in |
accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
Turnover |
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax. |
Revenue is recognised when the right to consideration is received. |
