    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the FRSSE 2008 accounting standard.
    These financial statements cover a thirteen month period 1st September 2014 to 30th September 2015. There were no financial transactions from 1st September 2014 to 30th September 2014 as the company was not trading.

    Turnover policy

    The turnover shown in the profit and loss account represents revenue earned during the period exclusive of VAT.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    No depreciation has been provided in the first year of trading.
