1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.

Turnover policy
Management of 31 Eaton Place, London SW1, was delegated to agents who collected service charges from lessees and paid all expenses on their behalf. Turnover represents the recovery from lessees of the net expenditure in the year.
