| Loans from directors. M J B Smith has continued to provide working capital to the company through an interest free loan which has no fixed repayment date. During the year additional funds totalling £2,500 were provided and repayments of £38,210 were made to the director. The amount owing to the director at the year-end was £905,374 (2014: £941,084). R A Cochrane has provided the company with net funds during the year of £3,092, this is interest free loan which has no fixed repayment date. Both these amounts are disclosed in Creditors falling due within one year. |

| The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 477 of the Companies Act 2006. |
| The member has not required the company to obtain an audit in accordance with section 476 of the Act. |
| The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts. |
| The accounts have been prepared in accordance with the micro entity provisions of the Companies Act 2006 and the measurement provisions of the Financial Reporting Standard For Smaller Entities (effective January 2015). The accounts have been delivered in accordance with the provisions applicable to companies subject to the small companies regime. |
