1. Accounting policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and on the going concern basis, which the Director considers appropriate and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Intangible fixed assets amortisation policy

Depreciation is provided on fixed assets at rates calculated to write off the cost of each asset evenly over its expected useful life, as follows: Patents 20% p.a.
