| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Basis of preparing the financial statements |
| At 30 June 2015, the company's net current liabilities amounted to £3,984 (2014: £7,296). This |
| factor affects the Company's ability to continue trading. The company is dependant upon the |
| continued financial support of the Directors. |
| In view of this the Directors considers it appropriate to prepare the financial statements on the |
| going concern basis. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance |
| with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods, excluding value added tax. |
