1Accounting Policies

Turnover policy
The company does not generate any income. Service charge income from the leaseholders of the property is kept in a separate bank account and is used for maintenance of the communal parts and fabric of the building. This is not recognised as income in these accounts.

Tangible assets depreciation policy
The entity owns the freehold interest in a residential property which is held at £nil value on the balance sheet. No valuation has been undertaken in respect of this freehold interest.
