1	Accounting policies

Basis of preparation

The full financial statements, from which these abbreviated accounts have been extracted, have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (Effective April 2008).

Going concern

Despite net current liabilities, the director believes there is enough future funding to dispose of creditors as and when they fall due. Therefore, the director believes it appropriate to prepare the accounts on a going concern basis.

Turnover

Turnover represents net invoiced sales of goods and services.

Depreciation

Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.
