1Accounting Policies

Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities effective April 2008.
The company is dormant and has not traded, made profits or losses nor incurred any liabilities during the year ended 31st December 2013.

Law Distribution Limited, a company incorporated in England & Wales, owns 75% of the issued share capital of Law Logistics Limited.
