The director acknowledges his responsibilities for:

statements, so far as applicable to the company.

1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the
Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced sales of services, excluding value added tax.

Investment property
Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in
market value is transferred to a revaluation reserve.

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance
sheet date.

4. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

Included in creditors at 30 June 2015 are a loan of £267,477 from Dutch & Dutch (Commercial) Limited, a
company in which the director Mr D J Matthews is also a director and a loan of £125,000 received from Mr A W
Matthews who is the father of Mr D J Matthews.

5. CONTROL

The company was controlled throughout the period by the director, Mr D J Matthews and his wife by virtue of
their 100% shareholding in the company.
