| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance |
| with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |

| Turnover represents net sales of goods, excluding value added tax. Deposits invoiced before the year |
| end where work has not been started are shown as deferred income. |
