    Basis of measurement and preparation of accounts

    The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Small Entities.

    Turnover policy

    All commissions, including indemnity commissions, shown in the financial statements are calculated on a receivable basis rather than a receipt basis. Turnover is attributable to one continuing activity, the provision of financial services advice.

    Tangible fixed assets depreciation policy

    Depreciation is provided on all fixed assets at rates calculated to write off their cost evenly over their expected, useful lives as follows: Office Equipment - 4 years
