Accounting policies |

Basis of preparation |
|
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |

Turnover |
|
Turnover represents rental income receivable. |

Depreciation |
|
No depreciation has been provided in respect of investment properties. The directors consider that the lives and residual value of the properties, based on current valuations, are such that any charge to the profit and loss account would be insignificant. |
