1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover
Turnover represents rents, property maintenance and other property services due for the year.

Tangible fixed assets
Depreciation is provided at the following annual rates in order to write off each asset over its estimated useful life.

Plant and machinery etc - 25% on reducing balance, 15% on reducing balance and in accordance with the property lease

Deferred tax
Deferred tax is recognised in respect of all timing differences that have originated but not reversed at the balance sheet date
where transactions or events have occurred at that date that will result in an obligation to pay more, or a right to pay less or
to receive more tax.

Deferred tax is measured on an undiscounted basis at the tax rates that are expected to apply in the periods in which timing
differences reverse, based on tax rates and laws enacted or substantively enacted at the balance sheet date.

These loans are interest free,

M McCabe and D Chapman are partners in McCabe Chapman, letting agents, from whom the company incurred rental
expenditure to the value of £241,762 (2014: £204,958). At 31 May 2015 £690 (2014: £690) was due from McCabe
Chapman.

The company paid M McCabe £170,790 (2014: £170,675) in respect of rent and service charges for properties owned
personally. At 31 May 2015 £nil (2014 £nil) was outstanding.

The company paid D Chapman £86,395 (2014: £103,996) in respect of rent and service charges for properties owned
personally. At 31 May 2015 £nil (2014: £nil) was outstanding.

5. ULTIMATE CONTROLLING PARTY

The company is under the joint control of the company directors M McCabe and D Chapman.

The following reproduces the text of the report prepared for the directors in respect of the company's annual unaudited
financial statements, from which the unaudited abbreviated accounts (set out on pages two to five) have been prepared.

In order to assist you to fulfil your duties under the Companies Act 2006, we have prepared for your approval the financial
statements of Bridport Housing Limited for the year ended 31 May 2015 which comprise the Profit and Loss Account, the Balance
Sheet and the related notes from the company's accounting records and from information and explanations you have given us.
