1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES
1a. Basis Of Accounting
The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
1b. Investments
Fixed asset investments are shown at cost less amounts written off.
Provisions are made for permanent fluctuations in value.

Mr M Duffy, a director of the company, is also a director of Toweyduffy & Co. Limited a connected company to Duffytowey Management Services Ltd. In addition, Mrs C M Duffy, a director of the company, was appointed a director of Toweyduffy & Co Limited on 27th October 2015.
At the year end the company owed Toweyduffy & Co. Limited £600.
