Directors' Report

The directors present their report and accounts for the year ended 31 October 2015.

Principal activity
The company's principal activity during the year continued to be the maintenance and upkeep of common parts at Queens Park Mews, Morgan Close, Crewe.

With effect from 1st November 2011 all activies have been carried out in trust for the members. A Managing Committee acts on behalf of the members. Consequently, the company became dormant and does not trade. This arrangement will continue for the foreseeable future.

All existing assets, liabilities and funds are effectively held on trust for the members. Therefore at the balance sheet date, the company does not hold any such assets, liabilities or reserves.

The directors are satisfied that the company is entitled to exemption from the requirement to obtain an audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.

The directors acknowledge their responsibilities for complying with the requirements of the Companies Act 2006 with respect to accounting records and the preparation of accounts.

1	Accounting policies
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention.
