1. ACCOUNTING POLICIES

Accounting convention
The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial
Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).

Turnover
Turnover represents net invoiced amounts in respect of service charges and ground rent.

2. RELATED PARTY DISCLOSURES

The company was under the control of Mr T E McDermott and Mr J P McDermott throughout the current year.

No transactions with related parties were undertaken such as are required to be disclosed.
