1	Accounting policies

	Basis of preparation
	The accounts have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective January 2015).

	Turnover
	Turnover represents the value of show receipts taken during the year.

	Deferred taxation
	No provision is made for deferred tax as no tax liability is expected to crystallise, as under the gift aid rules any excess profit is gifted within 9 months of the trading period of the holding company.
