Audit exemption statement
For the financial year ended 30 April 2015 the company was entitled to exemption from audit under section 480 of the Companies Act 2006 relating to dormant companies.
Directors' responsibilities:

Accounting policies
1.1
Accounting convention
The financial statements are prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008).
1.2
Dormant status
The company was dormant (within the meaning of section 1169 of the Companies Act 2006) throughout the year ended 30 April 2015 and had no transactions on profit and loss account and, accordingly, no profit and loss account has been presented.
