| 1. | ACCOUNTING POLICIES |
| Going concern |
| At the balance sheet date the company's liabilities exceeded its assets. The director has confirmed that they will |
| continue to provide ongoing financial support to the company and considers it appropriate for the financial |
| statements to be prepared on a going concern basis. |
| Accounting convention |
| The financial statements have been prepared under the historical cost convention and in accordance with the |
| Financial Reporting Standard for Smaller Entities (effective April 2008). |
| Turnover |
| Turnover represents net invoiced rental income, excluding VAT. |
| Investment property |
| Investment property is shown at most recent valuation. Any aggregate surplus or deficit arising from changes in |
| market value is transferred to a revaluation reserve. |
| Foreign currencies |
| Assets and liabilities in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rates of exchange ruling at the balance |
| sheet date. Transactions in foreign currencies are translated into sterling at the rate of exchange ruling at the date |
| of transaction. Exchange differences are taken into account in arriving at the operating result. |
